Instabee Group recruits Wolt executive Oscar Nilsson to lead Finland

Instabee Group, the European logistics group behind Instabox, Budbee and Porterbuddy, has appointed Oscar Nilsson as Managing Director Finland. Nilsson joins Instabee following 4.5 years at Wolt and DoorDash, where he most recently led Wolt Market in Finland. He brings extensive experience from leading roles at Wolt, DoorDash and Delivery Hero, with a strong background in scaling businesses and driving growth in fast-moving markets.

Oscar Nilsson brings extensive experience from some of the leading companies within European delivery, e-commerce and technology. Before joining Wolt, he was part of Delivery Hero, giving him a broad background in building and developing businesses in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving delivery market.

At Wolt, Nilsson played an important role in building Wolt Market from its early stages and developing Wolt’s offering beyond restaurant delivery. Most recently, as Country Manager for Wolt Market Finland, he led the Finnish business as it grew from its early beginnings into an established operation across the country.

During his time at Wolt, the business also explored new approaches to last-mile logistics, including autonomous delivery solutions, that adds to Nilsson’s background in innovation and technology-driven operations.

As Managing Director Finland, Nilsson will lead Instabee Group’s Finnish operations and be responsible for the continued development and growth of the business in the market. Instabee Group operates in Finland through Budbee, providing delivery solutions for e-commerce consumers.
